Who else is into pasta right now?

I don't know if it's the season or what, but I literally could enjoy a pasta dish every night of the week lately.

I have a fantastic selection of pastas that I love, but my current favorites are this heavenly Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo Pasta and Chicken Spaghetti with Red Sauce . These are both classic recipes that are easy to make, yet taste like 5-star dining at your own table and I love that!

What is your favorite side dish to go with pasta?

I always like to add a vegetable, be it a salad or something else, but a pasta dish can never be complete without delicious bread.

If you are looking for something a little more flavorful than your typical roll or dinner bread, you absolutely NEED NEED NEED to try this Garlic Ciabatta Bread. I can't emphasize it enough.

Sliced ciabatta stuffed with butter, garlic, and herb mixture

Like with these mashed potatoes, I have been making this garlic bread for years but it's still not on the blog. Let's correct this silly mistake right now!

My family loves this recipe. It's bursting with garlic and herb flavors, especially since I use fresh herbs in mine (I'm not against dried herbs but I prefer my garlic bread with fresh ones).

Plus, as an added bonus this bread takes just minutes to make since the ciabatta is store-bought.

Herb and garlic butter stuffed ciabatta

Just a little bit of prep work is all it takes to transform your typical ciabatta bread into an amazing creation worthy of the pasta dish that it is accompanying. Ciabatta bread is delicious already, so to enhance the flavors like this, is a delicious culinary transformation that you really must try. It's that good.

I'm a big fan of garlic bread in general, but this one takes it up a notch. I tend to not like garlic bread that is too cheesy though, which is why I only included a small amount of parmesan into the mixture for flavor.

Not only is it delicious, but it looks amazing too! It is one of those dishes that is perfect for dinner parties, family dinner, or even an intimate dinner date.
